The Role:
Carrot is seeking a Customer Success Manager II (Remote) to support new and existing customers within the Small Business segment. You will play a key role in driving retention, increasing member engagement, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. As a trusted advisor to HR benefits leaders, you will help communicate the value of Carrot’s product and respond to customer needs, questions, and requests. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success, you will work closely with the Small Business Renewals and Expansions Manager to identify opportunities for business growth. We are seeking a customer-centric, tech-savvy, process-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for Carrot’s mission of fertility care for all.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, or account management in a high-growth, technology-driven environment
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Detail-oriented and process-focused with an automation/efficiency mindset
- Familiarity with HR benefits leaders is a plus, but not required
- Enthusiastic about Carrot’s mission and eager to join a dynamic, collaborative team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with strong organizational and self-motivation skills
- Experience developing best practices, creating scalable systems, and automating routine processes
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on enhancing the processes and procedures of the Customer Success team
Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, with actual compensation based on job-related skills and experience.
