Location Requirement: You must be based in Maryland (Southern Maryland preferred) or Virginia (Northern Virginia preferred) with up to 25% travel for this remote role.
The Role
We are seeking dynamic, empathetic, and action-oriented individuals to join our Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Hazel’s partner schools. You will collaborate closely with Account Management and Operations teams to establish strong support systems for schools. You will also work directly with school stakeholders to ensure seamless access to quality healthcare for students.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with school partners and understand their healthcare needs.
- Engage regularly with school health and leadership teams to drive participation and satisfaction.
- Attend and facilitate strategic district-wide, school-specific, and community events.
- Play an active role in achieving Hazel’s mission to expand healthcare access to more students.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Experience working with children in diverse socio-economic settings.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionally represent Hazel.
- Experience with Gainsight is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years in customer success, ideally in healthcare or education technology.
- Must meet fingerprinting requirements for school campus access.
- Must reside in Maryland or Virginia, with preference for Southern Maryland or Northern Virginia.
Compensation: $90k – $110k, including base pay and a performance-based incentive. Additional benefits include 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and more.
